Inspired by the bamboo poles on the shoulders of Vietnamese countryside women, Ganh is designed in a simplistic and homely style with customized lanterns, bamboo baskets of fruits and flowers, and reed grass, reminding of a peaceful dear small town.

Ganh offers specialties from the maritime Nha Trang City. The fares range from Nha Trang’s special grilled pork rolls, “đầm” rice noodles, fish paste and jellyfish noodles, seafood salads of different kinds to raw seafood transported fresh from Nha Trang. Aamberjack or “nuc/dia” fish grilled with salt and chilli, steamed barracuda or squids served gingered fish sauce, “sooc dưa” fish’s head hotpot and seafood hotpot are a few among those who have become the favorites of many.
