Khoi Thom – which translates as “Fragrant Smoke” – offers a hybrid of Vietnamese and Mexican flavours, many sizzling off the BBQ. They harmoniously fuse the two distinctive cuisines by using ingredients common to both. Think Bo bit tet meets beef fajitas, heo xien meets Mexican spice, Tom nuong meets Tequila. A delightful transition from Vietnamese to Mexican with complete respect for the Vietnamese palate.

Many of their cocktails are Tequila based and feature fruit and syrups available both in Vietnam and Mexico. Tequila girls come to your table offering slammers - which makes the experience all that much more authentic and fun.

The cheerful Al Fresco setting, a style favoured by Vietnamese and Mexicans alike, features a bright colourful palette inspired by renowned Mexican architect Ricardo Legorreta.
