Reflections Restaurant has long been one of HCMC's top fine dining dining destinations. A sleek space located on the 3rd Floor of the Caravelle Hotel, Reflections captures the cosmopolitan allure of the city with a menu that draws inspiration from every corner of the globe.
They have recently launched a revitalized menu, that places emphasis on local sourcing of produce, and offers 25 news dishes that truly showcase the ample range of flavors that Vietnam has to offer.
To give you a taste of the new flavor, imagine succulent seared scallops with horseradish potato puree, mustard seed oil and parsley juice, and duck confit on crispy soft-cooked egg with sautéed wild mushrooms. Delicious.
