Saigon Café is the Sheraton's Hotels busiest restaurant, pioneering the display kitchen concept in HCMC, this bustling venue is continually innovating trends in both the kitchen and cuisine.

Guests can choose to dine a la carte, but the buffet style experience is the highlight , as diners can watch the chefs creating local and international specialties with a dash of drama. Food is also produced “a la minute” and very short “food exchange cycles” ensuring patrons experience only the freshest food at all times on the buffet counters.
