Open in 1999, The Sushi Bar remains one of the top favorites of Saigonese, locals and expats alike. With bright lighting contrasting with dark wood furniture, the place wears a Japanese classic-modern fusion look. While on the ground floor, it is always filled with excited diners, there are more private tatami rooms upstairs, including 2 big rooms which can hold up to 16 diners.
