New York Times - remarked 'one of the finest restaurants Saigon has to offer', Xu is a lavish venue for design-conscious upper-class diners. Meticulous care was paid in decor details from dark-wooden furniture and soft suede sofas to well-arranged sophisticated soft lighting.

An extensive wine list composed of well known labels from around the world for wine lovers. Alternatively, Xu offer the most exotic and twisted cocktails and mixed drinks like Mojito Ginger, Mandarin Caiprioska, Kumquatto or Xusparkle Melon.

The food coming out of Xu's kitchen is a like-no-other experience of Vietnamese cuisine. From contemporary to traditional Vietnamese kinds, every dish is laden with creativity and skillful twists of Australian-born chef/owner Bien Nguyen.
