French DJ “Peanuts” will spin fresh House tracks at Vasco’s on Saturday the 20th of March.

DJ Peanuts served his apprenticeship as a drummer in various music groups before evolving to become a DJ in the late 80's. His DJ career began with inspiration from Hip-Hop with the likes of Pete Rock, DJ Premier and Tribe Called Quest ( his favorite ). After this, by a happy coincidence he was offered to DJ in a club where he discovered House Music. Having found his ultimate passion in House Music, he continues to explore music through the more soulful sides. Following this, DJ Peanuts has been a resident DJ in numerous places in Southern France such as: Le Living Room (Marseille), Le VIP Room (St Tropez), Les Coulisses (Toulouse). In 2003, he discovered a talent for music production and founded the group, The Offsetters, with DJ Gregyro. The first EP released in 2004, to Saarinen Records, a remix of, " New York Stylee", by the group, Jerk House Connection. The second release in October 2006, to German label, Farside. The Offsetters are currently signed with American label, DSOH. DJ Peanuts eclectic sets vary around a Deep House, Garage and Old School sound. And always, always.... soulful.
