Louis Vuitton Go Wearable Tech And Launch Tambour Horizon
Jaden Smith, Miranda Kerr, And Korean Actor Gong Yoo Feature In Luxury Label’s New Smartwatch Ad
For a grand-dame fashion label Louis Vuitton have been busy. They went street with their collaborative LV x Supreme line (like we told you back in January). That team up has grabbed headlines again as prices for their co-branded items recently skyrocketed. And now they’re bringing you another already-in-demand item, the LV Smartwatch.
A rework of their classic timepiece, the Tambour, their first entry into the wearable-tech market the Tambour Horizon runs on Android but syncs to iPhones and the strap swaps out to one of 60 styles.
Never ones for understated line launches (as with those recent Supreme-team city-launches and pop-up store openings), the Tambour Horizon comes with its own ‘Connected Journeys’ globe-spanning advertising campaign starring Jaden Smith, Miranda Kerr, Korean actor Gong Yoo, Bae Doona, and others.
The smartwatch costs $2,800. You might want to grab yours before prices soar.
