VIETNAM-MADE FURNITURE TO FEATURE IN SINGAPORE
12 Local Manufacturers To Show At International Furniture Fair
Next week some of the world’s best furniture will be exhibited at the International Furniture Fair Singapore (IFFS) from March 9-12. Regarded by experts as Asia’s ‘premier sourcing platform’, it’s a huge show not to be missed by anyone in the trade - or by those who simply love great design.
This year, twelve designers and manufacturers based in Vietnam will be exhibiting their latest products. Among them are the likes of District Eight, well known for their work with L’Usine; independent British designer John Reeves, who will hold a designer talk at the event; doowood, who are based in Nha Be, Scandinavian-inspired company Sketch, and Square Roots, who specialize in solid French oak.
All work out of Vietnam, and all will be competing for the attention of buyers and retailers from all over the world, looking for the next wave in intuitive, pragmatic and inspiring furniture.
