Celebrity Mixologist Duo, Dannie Sorum and his twin brother Ben were in Ho Chi Minh City showcasing the art of mixing cocktails from the 7th - 11th of September at the Sheraton Hotel.

The Sorum brothers are partners and Executive Directors of their creative consultancy events company, Flow Cocktail Ltd. Based in Bangkok, Flow is now an influential name around the Asian bar scene and have successfully developed various training programs for many leading 5 star hotel chains around Asia, as well as catered cocktails at a number of prestigious events.

On the 7th of September the duo introduced their most unique and fashionable concoctions at Wine Bar, Level 23 at the Sheraton. They then conducted an interactive demonstration in Mojo cafe from 8-9th of September, highlighting their trendy road-side mixes accompanied by chill out music played by Dj Mark Jolly.

The Sorum Brothers also showcased their innovative blends, complimented with tapas and lounge music on the 10th and 11th of Sept at the Signature Restaurant on level 23.

When asked, “what is the difference between a bartender and a mixologist?”, they explain, “A bartender goes to work to mix drinks and goes home, whereas a mixologist creates new drinks with a passion for what he does and combines new ingredients to create stunning cocktails.
