Coachella 2017 LineUp Announced
Turns Out Those Beyoncé Rumours Were True
As far as music festivals go, it doesn’t get much bigger than Coachella, the annual festival of music and arts in the California desert that attracts hundreds of thousands of the worlds most on-trend music fans every year. It also plays host to some of the industry’s biggest names, and this year it won’t get much bigger than Beyoncé, Radiohead and Kendrick Lamar.
Rumours had circulated since November that the modern queen of RnB and Pop had signed on to perform, and well, I guess where there’s smoke there’s fire, because the rumours were right. Much less EDM-centric than in previous years, notable inclusions are The xx, Bon Iver, Lorde and Future Islands, who will complement the likes of Justice, Martin Garrix, The Avalanches and New Order quite nicely thank you very much. The festival is spread over two weekends from Friday, April 14 until Sunday April 23rd in the Coachella Valley, California. Here’s a thought, Donald Trump will be President by then!
