Coldplay’s Final Asian Tour?
Modern Rock Powerhouse Set Play Singapore April 2017
Having already confirmed that the band’s latest album A Head Full of Dreams is most likely their last together, the stadium-fillers that some of us love to hate (not us we swear), have announced a show in Singapore on April 1, 2017. Confirmed as part of a five-date Asian tour on the band’s website and their official facebook page, the gig will be the fourth time they’ve performed in Singapore.
The first time was back in 2001 in support of Travis, and their most recent gig was in 2009 as Viva La Vida took their popularity into the stratosphere. Looking at some videos, their shows have come a long way since they started, so we expect this one to fill up in no time at all. Dates have also been confirmed for the Phillipines (4/4), Taiwan (12/4), South Korea (15/4) and Japan (19/4).
Tickets for the show at Sports Hub in Singapore will go on sale on November 21 via www.livenation.asia
